Designed by Christchurch’s Studio Soul, this four-bedroom new build in West Melton is a considered, detail-rich home brought to life by the OPX team. The design arrived fully resolved — our role was to deliver it with the craftsmanship the brief deserved.

Composite stone features, a Rockcote plaster exterior, fully tiled bathrooms with level-entry showers, and a log burner at the heart of the living space all called for the kind of finish that defines a quality home.
