Beautifully finished in Plaster and Cedar. This home was designed for the owners expansive 4000m2 lifestyle block, to take advantage of their sundrenched corner section. The job was kept to a strict budget ticking all the boxes for our clients and their young family.
This Award winning Home built in Conjunction with Young architecture and our very Bold and Courageous Clients. Makes a real Statement on Cashmere Hill. This home was technically very challenging. Anchored to a rocky slope on such a steep site. It made total sense to have OPX involved from Concept right through to Completion. Our Expertise, along with open and fluid communication lines with the Client and Designer really helped this job run as smoothly as it possibly could have.
